Design software
Our designers use the sophisticated NX 10.0, Solidworks, Geomagic Studion, Misumi softwares for the development of parts and the design of moulds. Correct decision making is facilitated by Solidworks Plastic software for MoldFlow analysis, which confirms the accuracy of molding prior to commencing production. 
Precision measuring tools
The measurement centre equipped with 2D & 3D measuring machines to keep quality control and creation of measurement records.
Mould processing machines
The tool room is equipped with machines CNC machining center, slow-moving wire cutting, and EDM mirror machines.
Injection molding machines
