1. The mold cavity should be cleaned and sprayed with anti-rust oil.

2. The sliding parts should be lubricated. 3.

3. The gate sleeve inlet should be blocked with grease.

4. The mold should be installed with clamping piece and the specifications should be in accordance with the design requirements. 5.

5. Spare parts and consumable parts should be complete, with detailed list and supplier name.

6. The water, liquid, gas and electric import and export of the mold should be sealed to prevent foreign objects from entering.

7. The outer surface of the mold shall be painted, and the customer shall be required to do so.

8. The moulds should be packed with moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-bump packaging, as required by the customer.

9. Product drawings, structure drawings, cooling and heating system drawings, hot runner drawings, spare parts and mold material supplier details, instruction manuals, mold test reports, factory inspection certificates and electronic files shall be complete.
