Introduction of tape winding method and action points

胶带缠绕的通用方法：General method of tape winding:

用左手握住导线，右手拿胶带。用拇指控制胶带，并用中指和食指的力量使胶带从左往右螺绕式的转动。具体操作方法如图示：Hold the wire with your left hand and the tape with your right. Use your thumb to control the tape and use your middle and index fingers to twist the tape from left to right. The specific operation method is as shown in the figure:

1、 定位缠绕(点缠) Positioning winding (point winding)

按照工艺文件要求，对准工装板上的相应的指示杆，找出定点，左手握紧导线，用胶带重叠缠绕2圈，不得斜绕。（特殊说明除外）According to the requirements of the process document, align the corresponding indicator rod on the tooling board, find the fixed point, hold the wire tightly with the left hand, and wrap it with tape for 2 turns, and do not wrap it obliquely. (except for special instructions)

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，左手握于导线位置上，食指贴附胶带，右手拇指和食指拳头式握住胶带，上下翻滚胶带2次，紧贴导线撕下胶带。Tear off the tape 20mm, stand facing the chopping board, hold the left hand on the wire, stick the tape with the index finger, hold the tape with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, roll the tape up and down twice, and tear off the tape close to the wire.

2、 间隔缠绕(裸缠) Spaced winding (bare winding)

始端缠绕1圈，缠绕过程中不反胶，裸距符合工艺或产品要求，结尾缠绕1圈。缠绕末端不脱落，不翘起。（特殊说明除外）The beginning end is wound for 1 turn, the glue is not reversed during the winding process, the bare distance meets the requirements of the process or product, and the end is wound for 1 turn. The winding end does not fall off and does not lift up. (except for special instructions)

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，导线开始位置缠绕1圈后，用右手控制胶带成45度角向前进方向拉开一定距离翻滚，左手大拇指摁下胶带完成翻滚动作。Tear off 20mm of the tape, stand facing the chopping board, wrap the wire for 1 turn at the beginning, use the right hand to control the tape at a 45-degree angle and pull it away from the forward direction for a certain distance and roll, and press the tape with the left thumb to complete the rolling action.

3、覆盖缠绕(密缠) Cover winding (dense winding)

始端重叠缠绕1圈，缠绕过程中不反胶不露线，搭接符合工艺或产品要求，缠绕末端不脱落，不翘起。（特殊说明除外）The beginning end is overlapped and wound for 1 circle. During the winding process, the glue will not be reversed and the wire will not be exposed. The overlap meets the requirements of the process or product, and the winding end will not fall off or lift. (except for special instructions)

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，左手食指贴附胶带，右手拇指和食指将胶带拉上导线，左手拇指摁下胶带完成翻滚。Tear off the tape 20MM, stand facing the chopping board, stick the tape with the index finger of the left hand, pull the tape on the wire with the thumb and index finger of the right hand, and press down the tape with the thumb of the left hand to complete the roll.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，侧身站立，左手拿塑件食指贴附胶带，右手握胶带于掌心，食指与中指控制胶带旋转方向缠绕1圈后保持胶带与导线45角缠绕。Tear off the tape 20MM, stand sideways, hold the plastic index finger in the left hand to attach the tape, hold the tape in the palm of the right hand, and control the rotation direction of the tape with the index finger and middle finger.

4、固定式缠绕Fixed winding

1）波纹管(内封闭)Bellows (closed inside)

与波纹管一端齐平的导线上至少缠绕2圈，距离为25mm-50mm或一个胶带宽。将波纹管插入胶带到工艺规定位置，在波纹管上重叠缠绕2圈，缠绕距离为25mm-50mm或一个胶带宽。Wind at least 2 turns on the wire that is flush with one end of the corrugated tube, with a distance of 25mm-50mm or a tape width. Insert the bellows into the tape to the position specified by the process, and wrap 2 turns of overlapping on the bellows, with a winding distance of 25mm-50mm or a tape width.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，左手食指贴附导线，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转方向，左手握波纹管螺旋推动至指定位置并将胶带置于波纹管开口处Tear off the tape 20MM, stand facing the chopping board, attach the wire with the index finger of the left hand, control the rotation direction of the tape with the thumb and index finger of the right hand, hold the bellows with the left hand and push the spiral to the designated position and place the tape at the opening of the bellows. 

2）波纹管(外封闭) Bellows (outside closed)

管径小于18MM，19MM胶带缠绕需：6圈。管径大于18MM，19MM胶带缠绕需：7-8 圈。  Pipe diameter is less than 18MM, 19MM tape winding needs: 6 turns. If the pipe diameter is greater than 18MM, the 19MM tape needs to be wound: 7-8 turns. 

先在波纹管末端上缠绕2圈，中途2-4圈，结尾重叠2圈。  First wrap 2 turns on the end of the bellows, 2-4 turns in the middle, and 2 turns at the end.

注意：中途的几圈可根据波纹管粗细调控覆盖率。Note: The coverage can be adjusted according to the thickness of the bellows in a few laps in the middle.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，左手食指贴附波纹管末端辅助，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转方向。Tear off the tape 20MM, stand facing the chopping board, attach the left index finger to the end of the bellows, and the right thumb and index finger control the rotation direction of the tape.

3）护套固定缠绕 Sheath fixed winding

19MM胶带缠绕共计：6-8 圈。19MM tape winding total: 6-8 turns.

在护套的尾部先缠绕2圈，中途2-4圈，结尾到导线上重叠缠绕2圈。Wrap 2 turns at the end of the sheath first, 2-4 turns in the middle, and wrap 2 turns at the end to the wire.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，面向案板站立，左手握橡胶件，食指贴附胶带，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转方向。 Tear off 20MM of tape, stand facing the chopping board, hold the rubber piece with your left hand, stick the tape with your index finger, and control the rotation direction of the tape with your right thumb and index finger.

4）带胶保护条缠绕 Wrap with rubber protective strip

19MM胶带缠绕共计：6-8 圈。19MM tape winding total: 6-8 turns.

在保护条的末端上重叠缠绕2圈，中间2-4圈缠到导线上，最后在导线上重叠缠绕2圈。Overlap 2 turns on the end of the protective strip, wrap 2-4 turns on the wire in the middle, and finally wrap 2 turns on the wire.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，左手握保护条分支食指贴附胶带，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转方向，左手拇指摁下胶带完成翻转。Tear off the tape 20MM, hold the index finger of the protection strip with the left hand to attach the tape, the right thumb and index finger control the rotation direction of the tape, and the left thumb press down the tape to complete the flip.

5）编织套管固定 Braided sleeve fixed

19MM胶带缠绕共计：6-8 圈。19MM tape winding total: 6-8 turns.

在编织套管的末端上重叠缠绕2圈，中间2-4圈缠到导线上，最后在导线上重叠缠绕2圈。 Overlap 2 turns on the end of the braided sleeve, wrap 2-4 turns on the wire in the middle, and wrap 2 turns on the wire at the end.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，左手握纺织管，食指贴附胶带，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转，左手拇指摁下胶带完成翻转。Tear off the tape 20MM, hold the textile tube with the left hand, attach the tape with the index finger, control the rotation of the tape with the right thumb and the index finger, and press the tape with the left thumb to complete the flip.

5、合并缠绕 Merge winding

胶带缠绕共计：5 圈。 Total tape wraps: 5 turns.

主干部起始重叠缠绕2圈，再缠一圈超过叉杆一个胶带宽处，将分支合并，合并线再重叠缠绕2圈。 The main trunk is overlapped and wound for 2 turns at first, and then wraps one more time beyond one tape width of the fork bar, merges the branches, and overlaps the merged line for another 2 turns.

撕开胶带20MM，左手握主干，食指贴附胶带，右手拇指与食指控制胶带翻转。Tear off the tape 20MM, hold the trunk with your left hand, stick the tape with your index finger, and control the tape flip with your right thumb and index finger.

6、“T”型缠绕 "T" type winding

1）VQ   VQ

19MM胶带缠绕总圈数：18-19 圈。    19MM tape winding total number of turns: 18-19 turns.

起缠重叠2圈，再缠2-3圈靠近中心位置，绕到左边缠绕1圈，再绕到右分叉2圈，合并分支缠绕左分叉1圈，右边1圈，再从左边绕到上分支2圈，绕到右下分叉间1圈，然后再左分支1圈，右分支1圈，交叉缠绕1圈绕到上分支缠绕2圈，最后最后绕到右分支重叠缠绕1圈。 Overlap 2 laps, then 2-3 laps near the center, 1 lap to the left, 2 laps to the right fork, 1 lap to the left fork, 1 lap to the right, and 1 lap to the left 2 turns on the upper branch, 1 turn between the lower right fork, 1 turn on the left branch, 1 turn on the right branch, 1 turn on the cross winding, 2 turns on the upper branch, and finally 1 turn on the right branch.

撕开胶带20MM，左手食指贴附胶带，并握紧导线。右手食指和拇指拉胶带，拇指推胶带，摁下活动叉，左右手配合完成缠绕。 Tear off the tape 20MM, stick the tape with the index finger of the left hand, and hold the wire tightly. Pull the tape with the index finger and thumb of the right hand, push the tape with the thumb, press down the movable fork, and cooperate with the left and right hands to complete the winding. 

2）LZ

32MM胶带缠绕总圈数：7-8 圈。32MM tape winding total number of turns: 7-8 turns.

起始重叠缠2圈，再缠绕1-2圈到交叉点位置。绕到交叉点左边缠绕2圈，再绕到交叉点上边缠绕2圈，最后绕到下面切断胶带。Start overlapping with 2 turns, and then wrap 1-2 turns to the intersection. Wind 2 turns to the left of the intersection, then 2 turns to the top of the intersection, and finally cut the tape below.

动作要领：Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，左手握主干交叉点处，食指贴附胶带，右手拇指与食指控制胶带旋转，左手配合右手边理线边缠绕，取下/挂上分支。Tear off the 20mm tape, hold the intersection of the trunk with your left hand, attach the tape to your index finger, control the rotation of the tape with your right thumb and forefinger, and wind the line with your left hand and right hand, and remove/hang the branch.

3）花缠 flower wrap

斜T型缠绕：宽32MM胶带总缠绕圈数：6 圈。Oblique T-winding: Width 32MM Tape total winding turns: 6 turns.

先从下分支起始缠绕2圈，绕到上分支1圈，从下面缠绕分 叉中心1圈，最后主干结尾2圈。 Start with 2 turns from the lower branch, 1 turn around the upper branch, 1 turn around the center of the bifurcation from below, and finally 2 turns at the end of the trunk.

动作要领： Action essentials:

撕开胶带20MM，左手握主干分支点，食指贴附胶带，左右手交替旋转胶带，食指与拇指控制胶带旋转方向。 Tear off the tape 20MM, hold the branch point of the trunk with the left hand, attach the tape with the index finger, rotate the tape alternately with the left and right hands, and control the rotation direction of the tape with the index finger and thumb.

7、其它 Other

当分支一端为环型端子时，该分支上的套管或波纹管需作固定以保证其不超出端子的压接点A。When one end of the branch is a ring terminal, the sleeve or bellows on the branch needs to be fixed to ensure that it does not exceed the crimping point A of the terminal.

缠绕PVC套管：开口套管表面用间隔或覆盖缠绕，开口处套管间重叠大于1mm，末端要用胶带固定开口处，无露线，特殊以工艺卡为准。Winding PVC casing: The surface of the open casing is wound with space or cover, the overlap between the casings at the opening is greater than 1mm, and the end should be fixed with tape to fix the opening without exposed lines, and the process card shall prevail.

不开口套管在分支出口端要固定缠绕并延伸到导线上，接插件端如果没有特殊要求不用缠绕胶带。套管末端装有卡钉时，末端必须和线束固定到一起，胶带缠绕不能大于30mm。覆盖物内部不允许有胶带固定。各企业针对不同的客户所对应的质量要求不尽相同，可根据实际情况进行调整或优化更好的动作标准化。The non-open sleeve should be fixedly wound at the branch outlet end and extended to the wire, and the connector end should not be wrapped with tape if there are no special requirements. When the end of the sleeve is equipped with a staple, the end must be fixed with the wire harness, and the wrapping of the tape should not exceed 30mm. No tape is allowed inside the cover to secure it. Different enterprises have different quality requirements for different customers, which can be adjusted or optimized according to the actual situation for better standardization of actions.
