Wang Xianguo is 37 years old and graduated from the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Shandong University. After graduation, he went south to Shenzhen to engage in mould apprenticeship, learning mechanical processing and mould clamping. After three months of apprenticeship, he was able to assemble small moulds by himself because of his diligence. He saved up a year's salary to buy a computer, learn drawing at night and bought a lot of books to master various drawing software. After three years, he stood out from the front-line staff and turned into a professional designer, and then grew into a design engineer and production management manager.

In the production practice and exploration, Wang Xianguo found many gaps in the design and manufacturing industry, so he developed the idea of starting his own business and moved into the Zhangqiu Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park with his development project in 2017. With the support of the preferential policies of the park, he founded "Jinan Haojia Industrial Technology Co Ltd", which is mainly engaged in mould design, processing and intelligent automatic processing, and started to design and manufacture moulds for Zhangqiu and the surrounding areas. When he first started his business, he searched for information posted in the Jinan area on the web and then contacted the publishers to customise the products according to their requirements. Due to the novelty of the product design and its lightness of use, it was well received by the majority of users. In that year, his company developed into a cooperative business with Haier Group and China Aerospace Group.

Innovative design, more than ten national patents

Wang Xianguo has a keen eye and a unique insight. When he saw birds flocking on power lines and nesting on poles, he came up with the idea of designing a bird repeller. He then carefully observed the habits of birds and the way they build their nests, and designed and produced Langya stick spikes and eagle-like spikes for birds' natural enemies, so that birds would not dare to approach the wires and poles and achieve bird repellent effects. The product was tested in Qinghai and worked well, becoming a best-selling product. He designed and produced all-plastic collectors, adding graphite powder to the PPR material. The products have high heat absorption efficiency, low manufacturing cost, long service life, simple structure and are not easily clogged with scale. It is very popular among customers in the solar industry.

In 2019, Wang Xianguo's alma mater, Shandong University, offered to let him design supplies for hospitals that could replace traditional sutures and haemostatic clips. Because traditional sutures have to make patients suffer the pain of stitching and removal twice; while imported haemostatic clips are expensive, bringing a huge financial burden to patients' families. After receiving the task, Wang Xianguo was excited but felt a great responsibility. He referred to a large number of medical books and suture medical materials, find a number of hospital surgeons to talk, after more than three months of exploration and research, more than ten times to modify the program, and finally break through the difficulties, design, production, like "stapler" equipment, both for patients to quickly stop bleeding, but also instead of suture surgery; patient wound healing, hemostasis After the patient's wound has healed, the hemostatic clip will fall off and be discharged from the body by itself. After the product was put into the clinic, it greatly shortened the time for doctors to perform surgery on patients, improved the efficiency of doctors in saving lives and significantly reduced the pain of patients.

Wang Xianguo worked with Dongdao Intelligent Company and Jaixin Logistics to manufacture automatic treadmill welding production lines and intelligent transmission belts, and also worked with the China Construction Engineering Bureau to develop an intelligent tower crane controller, which replaced operators climbing high towers for operation. The intelligent equipment can achieve precise docking between the remote control and the machine, enhance the convenience of using the tower crane, accurately control the position of the tower crane and reduce the risk; reduce labour costs for enterprises while safeguarding the safety of construction workers.

It is Wang Xianguo in the entrepreneurial road to strive for innovation, continuous exploration, from the park to date, just over four years, he successfully applied for 13 national patent certificates, and with Shandong University National Engineering Laboratory developed into a strategic partner.

Looking at the world, manufacturing products out of the country

In the course of hard work and continuous exploration, Wang Xianguo relied on his technical and innovative design advantages to win the opportunity to cooperate with foreign companies and develop an automatic production line for switches in cooperation with Siemens in Germany.

After his first successful collaboration with a foreign company, Wang Xianguo began to set his sights on developing products overseas. Using an all-plastic material, he designed and produced a "light hand-held adhesive machine", which is "light in weight, not easily fatigued, comfortable to hold and takes up little space". It can be used for wiring automobiles, ships, electricity and industrial machinery. The product is easy to operate and improves production efficiency. At present, this patented product has opened up foreign markets and is exported to France, Japan, Sweden, Mexico, ASEAN and many other countries.
