1、一般导线接头的绝缘处理

一字形连接的导线接头按图1进行绝缘处理,先包缠一层黄蜡带,再包缠一层黑胶布带。将黄蜡带从接头左边绝缘完好的绝缘层上开始包缠,包缠两圈后进入剥除了绝缘层的芯线部分[见图1(a)]。包缠时黄蜡带应与导线成55°左右倾斜角,每圈压叠带宽的1/2[见图1(b)],直至包缠到接头右边两圈距离的完好绝缘层处。

然后,将黑胶布带接在黄蜡带的尾端,按另一斜叠方向从右向左包缠[见图1(c)、图1(d)],仍每圈压叠带宽的1/2,直至将黄蜡带完全包缠住。包缠处理中应用力拉紧胶带,不可稀疏,更不能露出芯线,以确保绝缘质量和用电安全。对于220V线路可以不用黄蜡带,只用黑胶布带或塑料胶带包缠两层。在潮湿场所应使用聚氯乙烯绝缘胶带或涤纶绝缘胶带。

1、Insulation treatment of general wire joints

The yellow wax tape from the left side of the joint insulation intact insulation layer to start wrapping, wrapping two turns into the core part of the stripped insulation layer [see Figure 1 (a)]. Wrap the yellow wax tape should be about 55 ° angle of inclination with the wire, each circle of pressure stacking 1/2 of the bandwidth [see Figure 1 (b)], until the wrap to the right side of the joint two turns away from the intact insulation layer.

Then, the black tape will be connected to the end of the yellow wax tape, according to another diagonal stacking direction from right to left wrapping [see Figure 1 (c), Figure 1 (d)], and still each circle of the pressure stacking bandwidth of 1/2, until the yellow wax tape completely wrapped. Wrapping treatment should be applied to tighten the tape, not sparse, not to reveal the core, to ensure the quality of insulation and electrical safety. For 220V line can be used without yellow wax tape, only use black tape or plastic tape wrapping two layers. In wet places should use polyvinyl chloride insulation tape or polyester insulation tape.

2、T字分支接头的绝缘处理

导线分支接头的绝缘处理方法同上,T字分支接头的包缠方向如图2,走一个T字形的来回,使每根导线上都包缠两层绝缘胶带,每根导线都要包缠到完好绝缘层的两倍胶带宽度处。

3、十字分支接头的绝缘处理

对导线的十字分支接头进行绝缘处理时,包缠方向如图3,走一个十字形的来回,使每根导线上都包缠两层绝缘胶带,每根导线也需要包缠到完好绝缘层的两倍胶带宽度处。

3、Insulation treatment of cross-branch joints

When insulating the cross-branch joints, wrap the wire in the direction of Figure 3, so that each wire is wrapped with two layers of insulation tape, and each wire is wrapped to twice the tape width of the intact insulation layer.

电源线接头分为“十”字接法、“一”字接法、“丁”字接法等等。接头应缠牢,光滑无刺。在线头断开前,先用钢丝钳丝轻压一下,再缠绕至口处,然后左右摆动,线头就会服贴地在接头处断开。如果接头在干燥处,先用绝缘黑布裹两层,再裹塑料胶带(也叫PVC胶粘带)两层,其次用J-10绝缘自粘带拉长200%左右裹二三层,裹两层塑料胶带。

直接使用塑料胶带存在很多缺点:塑料胶带时间一长易生胶错位、胶开;电器负荷 重时,接头发热,塑料胶带易熔化收缩;电源接头在接线盒内相互压,接头有毛刺时容易戳空塑料胶带等,这些隐患直接危及人身安全,引起线路失火,从而造成火灾。

而使用绝缘黑胶布则不会出现上述情况,其具有一定的强度、柔性,可以长期紧裹着接头处,受时间及温度影响而干固定型,不会脱落,并且阻燃。另外,用绝缘黑胶布裹后再裹胶带能防潮、防锈。当然,绝缘自粘带也有缺陷,虽然防水性能好但易破,所以需要裹上两层塑料胶带作保护层,接头与接头的绝缘自粘带相互不粘,性能更好。

Direct use of plastic tape there are many shortcomings: plastic tape over time easy to misalignment, glue open; heavy electrical load, the joint heat, plastic tape is easy to melt shrinkage; power supply joints in the junction box press each other, the joint has a burr when easy to poke empty plastic tape, etc., these hidden dangers directly endanger personal safety, causing line misfire, resulting in fire.

The use of insulating black tape will not appear above, its strength, flexibility, can be wrapped tightly around the joint for a long time, subject to the influence of time and temperature and dry fixed type, will not fall off, and flame retardant. In addition, wrapped with insulating black tape and then wrapped tape can be moisture-proof, rust-proof. Of course, insulating self-adhesive tape also has defects, although the waterproof performance is good but easy to break, so you need to wrap two layers of plastic tape as a protective layer, the joint and the joint of insulating self-adhesive tape does not stick to each other, better performance.
